Accessing your Certification Information
Certifications Community
Candidates may review their certification progress in the Certification Database. An account is required.
First time access
First time access requires information found on one of your exam score reports. Be prepared to provide:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Registration ID
- Test date
If you don't have the above information or you can't find it, email edcustomer@novell.com with as much information as you can provide. You can also chat with us.
Access to the certification database is also available through the Certifications Community via login. Upon entering the Certification Community, select "My Certification".
