October 2003	Added information and references on Section 1.1, RFC2222 SASL. Updated documentation to match SP1, including the following: Added the XGWEXTENSIONS command to CAPABILITY Response (RFC Section 7.2.1). Added documentation for Section 2.2.2, XGWDISPMODE, Section 2.2.4, XGWEXTHELP, Section 2.2.5, XGWMOVE, Section 2.2.6, XGWRETENTION, and Section 2.2.9, XGWUNDELETE. Updated the COPY Command (RFC Section 6.4.7) to state it is not allowed in the EXAMINE state. Updated the APPEND Command (RFC Section 6.3.11) about Calendar folders and iCal information. Updated the EXPUNGE Command (RFC Section 6.4.3) to state what happens with untagged responses. Updated the CAPABILITY Command (RFC Section 6.1.1), SELECT Command (RFC Section 6.3.1), COPY Command (RFC Section 6.4.7), APPEND Command (RFC Section 6.3.11), SUBSCRIBE Command (RFC Section 6.3.6), and STATUS Command (RFC Section 6.3.10) to show RFC3501 compliance. Updated the SELECT Command (RFC Section 6.3.1) to indicate the former D11B error when selecting mailboxes with more than 5000 items. The first 4962 items are now returned. Updated the CLOSE Command (RFC Section 6.4.2) to release resources immediately. Updated XGWTRUSTEDAPP to show that the IMAP thread now returns to the unauthenticated state.
