Troubleshooting Password Self-Service
- To use Challenge Response questions, make sure that you are using a browser that iManager 2.02 supports.
- If you don't have SSL set up properly, you won't be able to log in to iManager or the self-service console. But if you can log in successfully to iManager, and you are requiring TLS for Simple Bind, SSL is set up properly and you can rule out SSL-related issues when troubleshooting Password Self-Service.
