100.1 Setting Up SSL Connections

All of the GroupWise agents should be configured to use SSL connections:

Securing the Post Office with SSL Connections to the POA
Securing the Domain with SSL Connections to the MTA
Securing Internet Access with TLS Connections to the GWIA
Securing Document Conversion with TLS Connections
Securing the Monitor Web Console

GroupWise agents are initially configured with GroupWise CA signed certificates provided by the GroupWise certificate authority. Publicly signed certificates provide stronger protection. For more information, see Certificate Best Practices.
