Before you create your simple GroupWise system, you should have reviewed the following sections and completed the associated tasks:
You are ready to use the Installation console to create your simple GroupWise system.
IMPORTANT:As a security feature, the Installation console times out after one hour. For instructions to renew the session, see Handling an Installation Timeout.
In the GroupWise Installation console, click Create a New GroupWise System to display the System Settings page.
Fill in the following fields from the Simple GroupWise System Worksheet:

Click Next to display the Credential Settings page:
Fill in the following fields from the Simple GroupWise System Worksheet:
You can click Help for more information about the fields.
Click Next to display the Licensing page. Enter in your Micro Focus customer center credentials to verify your GroupWise License. If you do not enter your credentials, GroupWise will run in evaluation mode for 60 days.
If your GroupWise server does not have access to the Internet, select Do not install a license at this time and follow the steps found in Manually Configure License to install your license manually.
Click Next to display the Summary page.
Review the information that you have provided and click Finish to create your simple GroupWise system.
Click GroupWise Administration Console to log in to the GroupWise Admin console.
Specify the GroupWise Super Admin user name and password, and then click Login.
