15.0 Enabling GroupWise for Use with TeamWorks

IMPORTANT:Support for integrating TeamWorks with GroupWise ended in GroupWise version 18.3. The content below is only applicable to GroupWise 18.2.1 and earlier versions.

To enable the TeamWorks integration:

  • In the GroupWise Admin console, select the Domain, Post Office, or user where you want the TeamWorks integration enabled.

  • Go to Client Options > Integrations > TeamWorks and select Enable Micro Focus TeamWorks.

  • Specify the TeamWorks URL and port number in the following format:

    https://<teamworks_server>:<port>

Users are now able to login to TeamWorks in the GroupWise Client
