Use folders to store and organize your items. For example, you can group all items related to a particular task or subject together.
By default, the items in your mailbox are deleted and archived only when you choose to do so. However, your GroupWise administrator can change this functionality to delete or archive your messages after a given amount of time. To ensure that your items are not deleted, you can archive them manually. For information on how to archive GroupWise items, see Archiving Email.
