Display a dialog allowing the user to subscribe to an RSS feed.

Parameters

RSSURL As WIDESTRING: (Optional) The URL of the RSS feed to subscribe to.
FolderName As WIDESTRING: (Optional) The name of the folder that will be created in GroupWise.
Description As WIDESTRING: (Optional) The description of the folder.
