On each Web server where you want to install the WebAccess Application, follow the instructions in Installing GroupWise WebAccess
in the GroupWise 2012 Installation Guide.
When you have multiple WebAccess Applications for your GroupWise system, you must select one Web server to have a friendly hostname such as gwmail.yourcompanyname.com that users can type in their Web browsers. Then you set up a DNS redirection so that gwmail.yourcompanyname.com automatically redirects to https://gwmail.yourcompanyname.com/gw/webacc. The WebAccess Application on that main Web server communicates with a POA, which then redirects the WebAccess user to the proper post office and POA for mailbox access.
