If GroupWise users receive messages in multiple languages, their workstations need to be configured to handle the character sets used by these languages.
On Windows 7:
In the Control Panel, click .
In the box, click .
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the required language files.
On Windows Vista:
In the Control Panel, double-click , then click .
Under , click .
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the required language files.
On Windows XP:
In the Control Panel, double-click , then click .
If you receive messages in Arabic, Hebrew, or other complex languages, select .
If you receive messages in Chinese, Japanese, or other similar languages, select .
Click to install the required language files.
