Adds a new Category to the collection (see Section 4.11, CategoryParentObjectTypeConstants). The new category is given by the passed in NewCategory Category Definition object. Returns a Category object. Throws an exception if the given Category Definition is already in the collection.
Default. Returns the Category object located at the given Index in the collection. Valid indexes are 1 through Count, inclusive. Throws an exception if the index is outside of this range.
