Just like users, resources can be added to groups.
In the GroupWise Administration Console, browse to and click the name of the resource.
Click the Groups tab.
Click Add, select one or more groups that you want to add the resource to, and then click OK.
By default, the resource is added as a primary recipient (To recipient).
(Conditional) If you want to change the resource’s recipient type, select the group, click Participation, and then click To, CC, or BC.
Click Save, and then click Close to return to the main Administration Console window.
