7.6 Managing User Proxy Access to Your Account

To manage user proxy access to your account:

  1. Click the Settings icon in the top right of the menu bar.

  2. Select Manage Proxy Access.

  3. Enter a user’s name and give them the rights you want them to have in your mailbox

    or

    Click on a user’s name to change their proxy rights. You can also delete the user so they do not have proxy rights to your mailbox.
