The prompt to enable the GroupWise Connection for Zoom occurs automatically the first time a GroupWise user accesses the Zoom feature in the GroupWise Client. For example, this can occur after enabling Zoom Integration in GroupWise and then commencing to create a new meeting with Zoom or opening the Zoom Options flyout panel in a new appointment window.
When this happens, the user is prompted to first sign in to Zoom and is then presented with a screen titled, You are about to add GroupWise Connection for Zoom

You can also right-click in the Appointment window, and click Log in to Zoom.
NOTE:If you see an error related to the Microsoft Edge browser when using Zoom integration, download and install Microsoft WebView2 on the device where the GW Client is installed to fix the issue.
