Filr Integration includes a Filr Policy tab where you can define your own Filr default settings within the controls your GroupWise and Filr administrators have enabled for this tab. The settings available to you may include some, or all of the options described below:
Send Attachments using Filr: Options can include:
Never
Always
File size exceeds (in MBs)
Attachments link expires after: Options can include:
Number of days
Number of downloads
Attachments link properties: Options can include:
Allow recipients to: View or Edit
External share mode: Public Link or External Share
To see which options are available in your environment, log in to the GroupWise Client and navigate to Tools > Options > Environment > Filr Policy tab.
