82.4 Downloading Voice Mail Attachments through an IMAP4 Account

If you are accessing a telephony server through this IMAP4 account, GroupWise can download the external file bodies for voice mail attachments.

  1. Click Accounts > Account Options.

  2. Click the IMAP4 account, and then click Properties.

  3. Click the Advanced tab.

  4. Select Download external file bodies.

  5. Click OK, and then click Close.
