85.4 Protecting Agent Log Files
The log files for all GroupWise agents should be protected against access by unauthorized persons. Some contain very detailed information about your GroupWise system and GroupWise users. Agent log files are found in the following default locations:

Because of the way the WebAccess Agent Web console and the Document Viewer Agent Web console display log files, it is possible to view any file in their log file directories by specifying the filename as part of the Web console URL. To protect against unauthorized access to files in these log file directories, configure the Web consoles with usernames and passwords, as described in:
