4.5 Viewing a Printer’s Job List

You can use the printer’s job list to troubleshoot printer communication problems. Users require admin rights to view a printer’s job list.

  1. On the iPrint Manager Health Monitor main page, click the printer you want.

  2. Click Job List.

  3. Select print jobs and use the buttons to take the desired action (Refresh, Delete, Pause, Resume, Delete All Jobs)
