7.10 “User has declined access to photos” Message is Displayed on iOS Devices

When trying to print photos, you might see the following message:

User has declined access to Photos

This issue occurs if you have disabled photo sharing for the Novell iPrint app.

To resolve this issue, enable photo sharing with Novell iPrint on your iOS device.

  1. On your iOS device, go to Settings > Privacy > Photos.

  2. Look for Novell iPrint, then turn on photo sharing.
