The Novell® IP Gateway enables Internetwork Packet ExchangeTM (IPXTM) and IP clients on your local network to access the Internet without requiring you to assign globally unique IP addresses to each local system. The Novell IP Gateway also supports SOCKS clients. In addition, the Novell IP Gateway enables you to hide the IP addresses of your local network from the Internet and implement access control for local clients.
