The Off Server Service Fields Appear Disabled

If this occurs, install the bm module package manually by completing the following steps:

1. Click the Configure icon in the top pane of iManager.

   1. For a description of each icon, mouse over it.

2. Click Module Configuration > Install Module Package.

3. Map the NetWare^® sys volume directory.

   1. The path of the directory : sys:\tomcat\4\webapps\nps\packages\bm.npm

4. Browse bm.npm file.

5. Click Install.

6. Enter the following commands at the Netware console:

   java -exit

   tomcat4

Refresh the page or log in again.
