8.22 Turning Off the Sound (Windows and Linux Only)

You can turn all sounds off temporarily.

  1. Right-click the Messenger Online Icon GroupWise Messenger status icon on the system tray, then select Mute.

  2. To turn sounds back on, repeat step 1.

If you use mute to turn sounds off, they are turned back on when you exit GroupWise Messenger and log back in.
