Using NMASMON (NetWare)

NMASMON is a Novell^® NetWare^® NLM that provides a way to get trace information from NMAS similar to DSTRACE for eDirectory^TM.

To load NMASMON, enter the following at the server console prompt with one or more variables:

nmasmon * m p q r s x

• * - Displays all trace messages.
• m - Displays the communication between servers when the target server does not have a read/write replica of the user object.
• p - Displays MAF Protocol information (for example, CanDo, WhatNext, Success/Failure).
• q - Tracks the message queue that is used for communication between the NMAS^TM Client and NMAS Server.
• r - Displays requests from login methods to the NMAS Server (for example, MAF_Begin, MAF_End, MAF_Read).
• s - Displays basic login session information (for example, Start, Clear, Destroy).
• x - Tracks NMAS calls to CCS/NICI.
