Novell® Cluster Services™ is installed and configured in a Xen-based virtualization environment (on guest servers) by using the same methods and processes as those used on a physical server. No additional changes or special configuration is required.
IMPORTANT:All templates except Xen and XenLive are valid in guest servers (DomU) in the virtualization environment. Only the Xen and XenLive templates can be used in the OES 2 Linux (Xen) host environment (that is, in Dom0, but not in DomU).
For information about using virtualized NetWare guest servers as nodes in a NetWare cluster, see the deployment scenarios in Configuring Novell Cluster Services in a Xen Virtualization Environment
in the OES 2 SP2: Novell Cluster Services 1.8.7 for Linux Administration Guide.
