14.5 Locating Disk Space Hogs

To locate disk space hogs per server:

  1. Run a server inventory report. See Inventory Report.

  2. Look at the Available Space Trend Graphs and the File Owner Profiles data.

To locate disk space hogs per volume:

  1. Under the Manage Server heading, click the Volumes link.

    This displays the Volume Management page, which shows the volumes and local server partition information.

  2. On the Volume Management page, click one of the volumes listed.

    This displays a list of all the subdirectories and files that are on that volume.

  3. Sort the listing by disk space usage by clicking the Size heading. The highest user is at the top of the sorted list.
