To configure Windows NT, Windows 95/98/2000/XP and later client workstations to use DNS:
At the client desktop, click , then double-click
The Network window opens, listing the network components installed on the client workstation.
Select then click .
The TCP/IP Properties window is displayed.
Click the tab.
Provide a and for each client.
Specify the IP address of DNS servers for this client in the search order of preference, then click .
The client can now send DNS queries to the DNS server.
