QuickFinder defaults to using the ReportTemplate.html file when generating weekly or monthly query reports. However, if an admin wants QuickFinder to export all of the raw query details into an XML format, the admin needs to change the template name to ExportTemplate.xml (which is a sample XML export that admins could retrieve into more sophisticated reporting products or log analyzer products).
You can also temporarily change the report template, highlight a desired date range from the list box, then press without clicking on the button. This will use the specified report template name and date range to generate the report instead of the actual “applied” settings.
