4.4 Modifying the New User Greeting E-mail Template
When new users are added to the system, they receive an e-mail notification informing them that they are now a user of the system and providing them with information on using Conferencing. You can tailor the body of this e-mail by modifying the following file: sitescape-conferencing/<cluster>/new-user-template.default.
When the system creates the body of new user e-mail, it replaces a number of tags with information particular to the new user. Any remaining text that is not a tag is left as is.
The following table lists the available tags:
