7.15 Displaying YouTube Videos in a Folder Entry
Novell Teaming enables you to post YouTube videos in a folder entry, as well as in the following locations throughout the Teaming site:

In a workspace or folder brand, as described in
Branding a Folder or Workspace
in the Novell Teaming 2.1 Advanced User Guide. -
In a workspace description, as described in Section 4.1.12, Displaying YouTube Videos in a Workspace.

In a folder description, as described in Section 5.14, Displaying YouTube Videos in a Folder.

On a landing page, as described in
Displaying YouTube Videos on a Landing Page
in the Novell Teaming 2.1 Advanced User Guide.
To post a YouTube video in a folder entry:

Navigate to the folder where you want to post the YouTube video.

Create a new folder entry by clicking the appropriate item in the Folder Entry toolbar. For example, to add a blog entry in the Blog folder, click .
or
Open an existing folder entry that you want to modify, then click in the Entry toolbar.
The Add Entry page is launched.

In the section, click the icon
.

In the provided window, in the field, paste the URL of the YouTube video that you want to post.

In the fields, do not make any changes if you want to keep the default YouTube dimensions.

Click , then click to post the entry.
