You can launch ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView only through ZENworks Control Center. An administrator who has logged in to the ZENworks Control Center is automatically logged in to the ZENworks Reporting Server.
To launch the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView from ZENworks Control Center:
In ZENworks Control Center, click the
tab.In the ZENworks Reporting Server Reporting panel, click
The ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView page is displayed with initial view as
.NOTE:To change the preferences of the initial view, set the preferences in the Preferences page of the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView. For more information, see Section 2.6, Setting the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView Preferences.
The ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView might not be launched if:
The DNS name of the server with BusinessObjects Enterprise XI installed is not correctly resolved. For more information on how to resolve this, see Unable to launch the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView in Section 4.0, Troubleshooting System Reporting.
BusinessObjects Enterprise XI is installed on a ZENworks Server that uses NAT.
