The following system update statuses can be displayed in the
column of several System Update panels in ZENworks Control Center:Aborted: The download of the update was stopped, such as by selecting
> .Applied: The download of the update was successfully applied to the managed devices.
Available: When updates are checked for, this is their default status. Updates with this status have information about the update downloaded, which you can view by clicking the update name in the
column.Awaiting Reboot: The device is waiting for you to manually reboot after the system update has been applied.
Baselined: Indicates that the update files have been placed in the download directory so that when managed devices register with the server they can obtain the latest updates. Baselined updates are assigned to all devices when they are downloaded.
Canceled: Displays after you select
> or > and the download or deployment has been successfully canceled.Canceling: Temporarily displays after you select
> or > .Deploying: Indicates that the update is currently being deployed. Refer to the Deploying System Updates panel for further deployment information and actions that you can take on an update that is being deployed.
Downloaded: Indicates that you have downloaded the update’s content. It is then ready for deployment. Refer to the Deploying System Updates panel for further deployment information and actions that you can take on an update that has been deployed.
Downloading: Displays a percentage of completion during the downloading process. Changes to
when the download is complete.Error: Indicates that the stage failed to complete because of an error with one or more of the devices being updated. You can select to ignore the error and continue, or to fix the error before continuing.
In Process: Indicates that the current stage is active.
Installing Update: Indicates that the system update is currently being installed on the device.
Ready: Indicates that the current stage is ready to start.
Reboot in Process: Indicates that rebooting of the device is in process.
Reboot Process Canceled: Indicates that rebooting of the device after the update was applied was canceled.
Scheduled: The update has a schedule defined for it. The schedule is defined when creating the deployment in the Create System Update Deployment wizard. You can alter the update’s schedule by using the > option in the Deploying System Updates panel.
Stage Complete: Indicates that the stage has completed.
Status Unknown: The status of system updates for the device is unknown.
Superceded: Indicates that the update has been replaced by another update listed in the Available System Updates section. You should see this status only if you are in the process of deploying this update and there are pending devices. You can delete a superseded update, but you cannot deploy it.
Update Aborted: Indicates that the update was canceled for the device.
Update Completed: The installation of the system update has been completed on the device.
Update Completed with Errors: The installation of the system update has been completed on the device, but with errors. Check the update log for details.
Update Assigned: The system update has been assigned to the device.
Zone Pre-Update Actions: Indicates that Management Zone wide actions are taking place before the upgrade of the server begins.
Zone Post-Update Actions: Indicates that Management Zone wide actions are taking place after the upgrade of the server has finished.
