Network error in opening connection with FTP server for getting list of files on the managed station

Explanation:  Any file transfer request from the management console user is communicated and processed by the FTP server on the managed workstation. After each file transfer session, the list of files on the managed workstation is refreshed. A network error has occurred during this process.

Action:  Check the network connections and try again.
