Explanation:  The Inventory component accesses the files in the directory for processing the scan information.

Action:  Ensure that the directory exists on the server.

Action:  If the source of the problem is the Receiver component, follow the specified actions and restart the Receiver from the Service Manager.

If the source of the problem is the Sender component, follow the specified actions before the Sender is rescheduled. You do need to restart the Sender because the roll-up time scheduled in the Roll-Up policy triggers the Sender.
