011: Unable to read the History file. The Scanner will recreate this file and scan the workstation completely.

Explanation:  The Scanner creates a history file (HIST.INI) in the Windows temporary directory (WINDOWS\TEMP on Windows 95/Windows 98, and TEMP on Windows NT/2000). If the file is corrupted, the Scanner re-creates the file and scans the workstation completely.
