Explanation:  The MINFO.INI file is in Read-Only mode. The Scanner cannot write to the file.

Action:  Ensure that the MINFO.INI file in the Windows temporary directory (WINDOWS\TEMP on Windows 95/Windows 98, and TEMP on Windows NT/2000) has Write access.
