Explanation:  The installation program is unable to delete the NAL.LOG file on the server.

Possible Cause:  The Sybase database is running.

Action:  Stop the Sybase database. Delete the NAL.LOG file in \ZENWORKS\DATABASE, if it exists. Proceed with the installation.
