Explanation:  The installation program checks if Sybase files exist on the selected servers. If the files exist and Sybase database is up, the installation program prompts you to stop the Sybase service on these servers before proceeding with the installation.

Action:  Stop the Sybase service on the server before proceeding with the installation.
