Explanation:  This message is displayed if, from ConsoleOne® 1.2c.6, you try to remote control a managed workstation having ZfD3.2 Remote Management Agent and the agent is not up and running.

Action:  Install the ConsoleOne version 1.3 that ships with ZfD 3.2.
