The information in this section applies only if ZENworks Full Disk Encryption is enabled on your device. To find out if it is enabled, right-click the ZENworks icon in the notification area, select Technician Application, and then look for Full Disk Encryption in the ZENworks Agent navigation menu. If Full Disk Encryption is not listed, your device is not using ZENworks Full Disk Encryption.
