9.4 User Sync Server

In User Sync Server panel, you can configure a dedicated server to synchronize users and user groups with the Azure Active Directories configured in the zone.

By default, the MDM server which you selected while configuring Azure user source will used as user sync server. If required, you can modify to sync users/groups with another Primary Server.

Perform the following steps to change the user sync server:

  1. In ZCC, click Configuration.

  2. In Management Zone Settings, click Infrastructure Management > User Source Settings.

  3. In the User Sync Server panel, click Browse icon to browse for the Primary Servers.

  4. Select the required server, and then click OK.
