If you delete a macOS MDM device, the selected device is removed from your ZENworks system, its GUID is deleted and bundle assignments are removed.
In ZENworks Control Center, click the Devices tab.
Click the underlined link next to the Workstations folder to display the list of workstations in your ZENworks system.
Select the check box in front of workstation (you can select multiple devices).
NOTE:In ZENworks Control Center, if you delete Mac MDM devices, the devices are not registered after the next refresh.
