2.6 Setting the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView Preferences

You can set the preferences to personalize the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView. You can set preferences for general viewing and for the formats for the Web Intelligence documents in the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView. For more information about the Web Intelligence preferences, see the BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 SP3 InfoView User’s Guide.

NOTE:The Change Password preference is not supported in ZENworks 11SP2.

Some of the preferences are set by default during ZENworks Reporting Server installation. However, you can change these preference settings to suit your requirements. You should set your preferences before you begin to work with objects in the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView.

The following table lists the preferences that are selected by default on the Preferences page in the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView during the ZENworks Reporting Server installation:

ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView has been customized according to Novell specifications. ZENworks 11SP2 overrides a few of these custom settings. When you set the preferences in the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView, it persists only for the currently logged in session. However, when you open a new session of the ZENworks Reporting Server InfoView, ZENworks 11SP2 Management overrides a few of these custom settings. The default values that were set to the preferences during the installation of ZENworks Reporting Server are applied to the preferences.
