An Ad Hoc View is a view of data based on a domain or topic. An Ad Hoc View can be a table, chart, or crosstab. It is the entry point to analysis operations.

to expand the treeview structure, then select domain that you want to use.
You can only view the domains for which you have appropriate rights.

In the panel, click to select items to use in the Ad Hoc View.

Click to create filters to limit the data available in the Ad Hoc Editor. For more information see, Pre-filtering data.
Click to change the fields and the display names in the field. For more information, see Changing the default label settings.
Click to save the customized topic. For more information see Saving the settings.
Select the type of Ad Hoc View; Table, Chart, or Crosstab.

Place the cursor on
, then click or.
Choose the folder where you want to save the View. By default, the Ad Hoc View is saved in the Repository.
Specify the view name, then click .
You can also open and edit an existing Ad Hoc View to create a new Ad Hoc View.
