8.4 Excluding Discovered Products from Compliance Calculations

If there are discovered products that you don’t want associated with licensed products, you can exclude them. Excluded discovered products cannot be associated with licensed products and they do not appear in the Discovered Products list unless you change the default Search filter. Also, when you run the Auto-Reconcile Wizard to create licensed products from discovered products, excluded discovered products are not available.

  1. In ZENworks Control Center, click the Asset Management tab.

  2. On the License Management page, click Discovered Products.

  3. Select the product you want to exclude.

  4. Click Action > Exclude.
