DISABLE LOGIN

Purpose

Use at the server console to prevent users from logging in.

Syntax

DISABLE LOGIN

Using DISABLE LOGIN

• Use this command to prevent users from logging in when you are making repairs, backing up files, or loading software.
• Users already logged in aren't affected. However, a user who logs out can't log in again until you execute ENABLE LOGIN. See ENABLE LOGIN.
