Because administrators can set a quota on the amount of data individual users can add to the Novell Vibe OnPrem site, you can view your current data usage, so you know when you are approaching your allotted data quota. If you meet your allotted quota, Vibe enables you to purge files and attachments that you have previously deleted.
Deleted files and attachments count toward your data quota until they are purged. Workspaces, folders, and entries that do not contain files and attachments do not count toward your data quota.
