3.1 Obtaining the Latest Mobility Pack 1.2 ISO

The latest Mobility Pack 1.2 ISO can be obtained from either of two locations:

3.1.1 Novell Customer Center

  1. Log in to the Novell Customer Center.

  2. In the Select an Organization to Manage drop-down list, select your organization that is entitled to the Mobility Pack.

  3. Click My Products, then click Novell Data Synchronizer.

  4. Under Novell Data Synchronizer, locate Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack 1.2, then click Patches/Updates to display Novell Patch Finder.

  5. Expand Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack 1.2, then click Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack 1.2.x.

  6. Click Proceed to Download, then follow the online instructions to download the latest Mobility Pack 1.2 ISO to a convenient temporary directory on the Synchronizer server.

  7. Skip to Installing the Mobility Pack Update.

3.1.2 Novell Downloads Web Site

  1. On Novell Downloads, click Search Patches to display Novell Patch Finder.

    IMPORTANT:The Mobility Pack 1.2 software is located in the Patches list, not the Products list.

  2. Select Data Synchronizer, then click Search.

  3. Under Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack 1.2, click Novell Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack 1.2.x.

  4. Click Proceed to Download, then follow the online instructions to download the latest Mobility Pack 1.2 ISO to a convenient temporary directory on the Synchronizer server.

  5. Continue with Installing the Mobility Pack Update
