Updated the book for Identity Manager 2.0.1.

• The following sections were added:

  • Configuring Named Passwords Using iManager

• In the Password Management section, the section named "Making Sure Password Policies Are Correct for Identity Manager" has been removed. It is no longer necessary to manually create a Password Policy especially for driver sets, because the policy is now created automatically.
• The information for the section named Integrating Password Self-Service with Virtual Office has been moved to the Novell Virtual Office for NetWare 6.5 Configuration Guide.
• Information was added to Planning Login and Change Password Methods for your Users, including how to block old clients from changing the NDS Password directly, in Preventing Legacy Novell Clients from Changing Passwords.
• Information was added to Localizing E-Mail Notification Templates.
