15.0 Integrating Zoom Meetings

If your organization uses the Zoom platform and has users with Zoom accounts or you want to start using Zoom with GroupWise, you can integrate Zoom into the GroupWise Client and schedule meetings in Zoom via GroupWise appointments.

NOTE:If you have previously integrated Zoom with GroupWise and then deauthorized Zoom from the Zoom App Marketplace, you can only reauthorize Zoom in GroupWise via the Log in to Zoom option by right-clicking in the Appointment window.

Zoom Integration must already be enabled in GroupWise to do this. If the right-click option shows Log out of Zoom, you will need to first log out and then right-click and log back in.
