If you have a Microsoft account and Microsoft Teams Integration is enabled in GroupWise, you can schedule, modify, and cancel Teams appointments directly from GroupWise.
The first time that you schedule an appointment in GroupWise using Teams, you will need to log in to your Microsoft account to associate it with your GroupWise account. Any appointments thereafter, will automatically sync the two accounts for Teams meetings. If at anytime you log out of or become logged out of Teams on the same device where you are accessing the GroupWise Client, you will be prompted again to log in to your Microsoft account the next time you schedule a Teams appointment from GroupWise on that device.

With a Microsoft account and Microsoft Teams Integration enabled in GroupWise, you can schedule Teams meetings directly from GroupWise using a GroupWise appointment. Once scheduled, the appointments display in your calendar like any other GroupWise appointment.
To schedule a Teams meeting in GroupWise:
Follow the applicable instructions through Step 9 for “Scheduling an Appointment for Multiple People,” and then continue with Step 2 below.
Select the Teams check box in the Appointment window. This will enable the Microsoft Teams Options in the slide-out panel on the right-side of the window.
You can retain the default settings or modify them. Once modified, the settings are saved until the next time you change them.
NOTE:If you are scheduling the meeting as a proxy, reference the Microsoft Teams information in Understanding Proxy Access.
Click Send on the toolbar to schedule the meeting.
Once you send the meeting appointment, a Teams meeting link is automatically included in the email for the recipients, as well as additional instructions. This link will authorize invited recipients access to the meeting when it occurs.
Sign-in to your Microsoft account, if prompted.
NOTE:If this is the first appointment you are scheduling in the GroupWise using Microsoft Teams Integration, you will be prompted to sign in to your Microsoft account. The same holds true if you open the Option flyout panel with Teams selected, before sending the appointment.
Once scheduled, you can start the meeting from the link in the GroupWise appointment. For additional information about Microsoft Teams Integration, see Integrating Microsoft Teams.
You can modify Teams meetings that you schedule in GroupWise in the same manner that you modify other GroupWise appointments for multiple people.
